Study On Evaluation-index System Of Basic Construction Project Implementary Basic On A New Campus Construction Of University

The concept of construction project management had been introduced into our country from the early1980s. And then many researchers focus on it and have a good research. And there is also a variety of research on project management, especially for the implementation phase. And lots of evaluation indexes of project management have been proposed. But the research just limited to one of the influence factors of the evaluation,and lack systematic study on the evaluation of construction project management implementation from general perspective, so it is necessary to study the basic construction project implementation evaluation system.This subject mainly includes the following several parts, Firstly,analysises the overall development situation of our country in construction project management. And summarizes the evaluation theory and method of the construction project evaluation.Secondly, For the specific problems of new campus construction, construct evaluation index system of the basic construction project by studying relatived theories and methods of construction project management,combining with the characteristics of the construction project. The proposed evaluation index system covers seven first-class indexes, that are quality control index, progress control, investment control, safety management index, contract management index, risk management index and organization coordinationed index. Then the seven indexes are divided into32secondary indexes.Thirdly, use the comprehensive evaluation method, which includes the key factor analysis method, Expert scoring method, FUZZY combined with AHP, to evaluate the index system By the comparion of comprehensive evaluation method.Finally, take a new campus construction of university for a example test, calculate the weight value of first-class index A=(0.350.160.090.120.110.090.08), it shows that the quality control index is uppermost in all first-class indexes weight, it fits in with expectation. And achieve the final evaluation result V2=good by the FUZZY, that is the general effect the basic construction project implementation management is good. This paper summarizes lessons learned of the evaluation index system of the basic construction project in construction management process. Put forward some suggestions for construction management process, provide some reference for other engineering construction project management.
