The working research degree of job satisfaction is one of focus points of present domestic and international academic circles, but localization degree is still not high, the scope and depth on research is concerned with also show shortcoming slightly. At the same time each factor of satisfaction degree for employee influence of participation research may bring great effectiveness for management practice, the scholar of our country has research rarely, especially aim at the logistics company. Therefore based on the logistics company in the national economy of our country important role and its unique profession characteristic, the logistics employee of our country degree of satisfaction and employee involvement relation carries out research looks very necessary.The logistics enterprise employee has the characteristic with lower quality, the general questionnaire of job satisfaction is knowledge type employee can not satisfy requirement, on, this paper aims at passing through questionnaire adjustment and correction with revise questionnaire, through factor analysis make questionnaire satisfy requirement with used research.Researching job satisfaction influenced employee involvement, this paper has directly used employee involvement questionnaire, have carried out simple inspection only, accord with requirement as a result, may use for analysis.In later research , also, for being the purport place of this paper, discuss the actual influence that working each factor of job satisfaction to employee involvement, through analyse we know the working each factor of employee job satisfaction to participate have correlation, at the same time we carries out sex, marriage, age, educational background, position, ownership form, existent way and regional partition as control variable to return to analysis have reached the different factor of main cause that can efficiently arouse and promote employee to participate in enthusiasm under condition. The management of this for human resource or cooperation and the entire operation of enterprise have reference meaning the manager of the logistics enterprise may pass through the regulation for these factors as far as possible promotes the employee.Raise working efficiency Eventually, raise the quality of the external service of enterprise, increase enterprise economic benefits.
