A Study On Quickening The Logistics Development In Hangzhou

As an advanced organization manner and management skill, the logistics has been considered as the important profit spring in the global economy besides the low material consumption, and the high production and plays a important role in the economy development. Along with Chinese economy increasing rapidly and urbanization developing quickly, the material will surely logistics into the cities and take use of its collecting and distributing functions to develop. Based on this, the city logistics is the key part in the city economy development and has the important influence on enhancing the city economy quality, perfecting the city modern functions, improving the city competition. From the point of the practical conditions and relative advantages of developing the logistics in Hangzhou, it is necessary to research deeply the future development trend, targets location and strategies and measures of the logistics in Hangzhou. That is just the key point in this article.This article can be divided into eight parts. In first part, bring into the theme and summarize the relevant materials on the theme and give the reason to write this article. In second part, introduce the relevant western (in the name of America mainly) and our studies and achievements on logistics theories. Logistics ides first originated from America and was applied to military logistics. While the enterprises recognizing the logistics importance gradually, the western logistics theories were researched deeply. Our research on logistics theories started a little late but still got some achievements. In third part, analyze the development trend in the global area, the logistics development mode in the main cities of the western developed countries. In forth part, based on the practical bases and conditions on developing the logistics in Hangzhou, expand on the logistics development situation, logistics infrastructure state, enterprises' logistics informationization level, logistics market demands, logistics commercial center distribution and logistics manpower store condition in details.From these, this article points out some problems on logistics demands, resource adjustment, logistics facilities arrangement, logistics equipment level, logistics management and logistics skill service system. In fifth part, analyze the necessary to develop the logistics in Hangzhou with the sustainability demands, strengthening the manufacturing competition of Hangzhou and optimizing the industry structure. It is pointed definitely that the logistics development will lower the production cost, cause the relevant industry development, provide the employment chance, release the traffic and environment pressure and bring the good economical and social profit. In sixth part, in accordance with the practical situation of Hangzhou and the logistics development laws, analyze fixedly the logistics development in Hangzhou from three points. Then from the point of the network in Zhejiang and Yangtze delta, the author gives his own opinions—two targets to develop the logistics in Hangzhou: build the main logistics central city in Zhejiang Province and one of the main central cities in Yangtze delta. These two targets are assisted and promoted mutually. In seventh part, combining the targets to develop the logistics with the present problems in Hangzhou, provide the suitable strategies and measures from the logistics idea, logistics management system and plan, logistics facilities, logistics area, logistics regulations, logistics enterprises, logistics medium, logistics trade, logistics environment and logistics specialists. Finally, summarize in the concluding remarks and recap the originality in this article—bringing in the targets to develop the logistics in Hangzhou: build the main central city in Zhejiang Province and one of the main central cities in Yangtze delta, form the division and complementary in functions with cities around in Yangtze delta. Because the logistics in just starting in Hangzhou, the author has the inadequate materials to analyze the logistics space distribution in Hangzhou and research comparatively with other cities in Yangtze delta on developing the logistics. It is surely the defect in this article.
