| Enterprise's strategies are significant plans and tactics regarding to the overall situation basing on future with the purpose of searching and maintaining the lasting competition advantages, which play an important role in the enterprise development. Under the condition of market economy, as the main body of that the enterprises must strive for survival and development in the harsh competition. Enterprise competition has transferred from the lower level for products to the higher competition for enterprise strategy. The complex and variable competitive environment requires enterprises to have not only strong adaptability to the changing market but also medium or long-term strategic development plans, namely, utilize the strategic advantages to realize the strategic target by a series of purposive strategic steps to make themselves keep unfailing in trade wars. As early as 40 years ago, the Japanese Economy News Agency proceeded investigation to 63 large-scale enterprises, therein about 90% had carried out strategic layout. Till now, there is no enterprise in Japan has not run business strategies. The environment which Chinese enterprises are getting though under the tide of reform is changing constantly, therefore, the enterprises are required to consider about the implement and innovation of their strategies from the aspect of market demands. The 21st century is an age of competition, which happens between nations, areas, industries and enterprises. Instead of just contesting for natural resources, capitals and cheap labor forces, the competition is gradually concentrated on knowledge, intellectual and final talented personnel resources. As the main way to exploit manpower resources and an important part of national innovation system, education has gradually become the key force to improve practical productivity and international competetivity, as well as an important method to deal with and beneficial from the economy globalization. Education is not only the important sign of human civilization progress and prosperity, but also a key power supply to social economic development. During the historical process of constant striving of men, education has been taking up the insubstitutional duties and functions which are more and more important with the progress of history. When we enter into the 21st century, scientific technologies develop in high speed, and the knowledge economy comes in forth. This time when human society needs deep reforms grants new duties and abundant connotations to education and raises unprecedented challenges and innovation requirements to it. Under such historical and social background, the nongovernmental education is an inevitable outcome of the development of our socialist market-oriented economy. It not only satisfied the requirements of some parents to select schools as their pleasure, but also reduced the educational investment stress of the government. The development of nongovernmental education in our country made up expenditure deficiency, increased variety and selectivity of educational supply method. Our nongovernmental education is developing towards industrialization, standardization, brandization, modernization and characterization. Aixincheng Education Group is a nongovernmental educational institute mainly research and teach specially in brain development and teaching field, which is based on comprehensive references of both domestic and internationalpedagogy, psychology, brain science, linguistics and thinking science. It pursued a larruping developing way: first, went into the public schools initiatively to carry out test teaching, which obtained success and favorable social effects; second, reported the entire teaching materials to the Institution of Education initiatively to receive strict inspection, via which it has become the only teaching subject passing the national scientific authentication by Central Institution of Education so far. After six years'business establishing and hardworking, Aixincheng Education Group has already developed into a group-oriented nongovernmental educational institute including four major operation parts, namely, scientific research and development, teacher training, joining in operational management and overseas enterprise expansion. The institute has already set up Chinese (Hongkong) Aixincheng Education Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Aixincheng Education Science and Technology Developing Co., Ltd., Dalian Aixincheng Potentiality Developing and Training School and Singapore Aixincheng Intelligence Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. The chaining and surrogate institutes have already went out of the three provinces in Northeast China and spread in over 300 areas, counties, and cities of 22 provinces all over the country. In addition, it also built up overseas market activily. Aixincheng Education Group introduced successfully Chinese Characters, Lianshan Fast Writing, Drawing in Thought and Children's Speechcraft, as well as edited some teaching items such as Remember and Recite English Words Quickly, Fast Mathematics, Learning Characters by Idioms Games for Children based on its own sales network platform. In Part 1 the existing developing situation of the nongovernmentaleducation in our country was introduced. As summarizing the development characteristics of our nongovernmental education, it also pointed the practical significant of developing nongovernmental education in our country, on the basis of which the future developing tendency was proposed. Part 2 was the core of this paper. Firstly, it introduced the details of Aixincheng Group situation; secondly, it disserted relative theory of strategy management and analysized the environmental system and internal condition strategies of Aixincheng Education Group; finally, based on the foresaid, it proposed the strategy's developing mode of Aixincheng Education Group. Part 3 set forth the significance of implementing developing strategies in Aixincheng Education Group and some problems during the process of fast development, as well as the corresponding measures aimed at those appearing problems. China has already entered WTO and will participate in economic globalization in larger scopes profoundly, which is propitious to promote the improvement of Chinese socialist economic system. As an important component of opening to the outside world, Chinese education itself made relative promises when enter WTO, which is in favor of our making better use of foreign first-rate quality resources and learning their advanced running and management experience; however, it will conflict and challenge our existed educational system, running pattern and management mode on the other hand, which compel us to deepen our educational system reform and running concept innovation. |
