Today, the focus of the competition concentrates on the human resources especially on the use of human resources. The human resources have been the strategic strength that supports the continued development of company. The human resources management transforms the current management into the strategic management. How to design the scientific and reasonable salary and welfare, how to attract and stay the talents is the key work of the development strategic long-term. After China joined the WTO, the companies are confronted to the more acute talent competition, and the talent competition is the talent system competition in the final analysis. The effective competition system can attract the excellent talents and give play to their potentiality. Among the talent system, the salary system is the plan which makes the strategic goal into the practical action and guides and inspires them to implement the action.The designation of the salary system is not only the vital part of human resources management but also important component of establishing the modern enterprise system. There forming of the salary system has a great influence on enterprise's daily production and management activities, and also it has further influences on the development of the enterprise and the achievement of all the strategic goals. It has been an important topic for the enterprise to design and establish a set of salary system that is scientific, helpful for the realization of strategic goals of the enterprise. So, to our companies, how to set up the practicable salary system has become the most important, urgent and arduous task.Under the guidance of the Marxism economics, western economics and relevant human resource management theories, the thesis redesign the salary system of Feiya Company after analyzing the current salary system and both internal and external factors that influence it.The thesis is composed of five parts. The first part mainly states the background, purpose and signification of the researches and defines the scope of the researches. The second part explains the basic theory of salary, analyses the influence factors of salary and presents the definition of salary. The third part states Feiya Company current salary system, analyses the advantages and disadvantages and of this system. The fourth part redesigns the structure and level of salaries for the employees based on the job analysis, position evaluation and performance of achievement, redesigns the salary system for branches of Feiya Company. The fifth part presents some advice during practicing the salary system.The results of the thesis may provide some valuable bases for the designation of salary system of similar enterprises.
