The tourist industry is exerting the important role in the economy &society development in China. As the necessary part of tourism system, hotel industry is interrelated to the country's strategy objective realization in future. Employee have always been the soul of hotel enterprises. So human resources management is the core of hotel management and Employee Satisfaction is the core of it.In order to measure and reach employee satisfaction, the author uses the method of demonstration by Questionnaire Investigation and interview with hotel employers to find the successful and unsuccessful factor for employee satisfaction in 3 hotels in the city of Chongqing and Beijing.On the basic illustration, the auther thinks that it is a new idea to bring the thought of internal marketing into the human resources management. Using the relative theories of external marketing management , the author puts forward the implement model of internal marketing and several key steps in the process of internal marketing implement, i.e. building up the concept of internal marketing, internal marketing research, internal marketing product design and promotion. In order to improve the level of emplyee satisfaction, the author continues to draw out some means for it. The first is ameliorating the system of salary and benefits to keep continual prompting, the second in building a system of communication and suggestion for employee feeling of loyalty to the hotel. The last one is reforming a system of employee performance evaluation for guiding employee career development, building a system of training &developing for study -style organizaion.
