Into the twenty-first century, the number of hotels around5%per annum growthrate, growth rate of beds, average occupancy rate of growth year after year the overallsize of China's hotel industry continued its steady growth, economic efficiency furtherimproved. China's hotel industry showed a good momentum of development. As aservice industry, hotel, although the face of these opportunities, but there are someproblems within the hotel industry, such as: low stability of the difference betweenemployee loyalty; employee satisfaction is not high, a serious impact on theenthusiasm of employees, etc., which directly restricting the development of the hotel.Hotel managers also come to realize that employees are both the creators of corporateprofits, but also companies who maintain customer relationships,"not satisfied withthe staff, there is no customer satisfaction", how to improve employee satisfactionshould become an important means of business management.China's hotel industry in the development of internal marketing analysis, basedon internal marketing scholars from home and abroad, relationship betweenorganizational commitment and satisfaction, construct the theoretical research model,the corresponding hypotheses.Through empirical analysis to verify the model.After a period of8months of investigation, the results are as follows: in allscales have shown good reliability and validity of the test results of the case, of which10passed the test assumptions, including assumptions did not pass the test3. Resultsof this study show that the internal marketing and employee job satisfaction and apositive correlation between, that is, the stronger the hotel internal marketing,employee job satisfaction. At the same time, internal marketing and organizationalcommitment dimension affective commitment, normative commitment and idealsbetween the three dimensions of commitment are positively correlated, that is, thestronger the hotel's internal marketing, hotel staff emotional commitment to theenterprise, Normative commitment, and commitment to higher ideals. However, theinternal marketing and organizational commitment in the commitment to theeconomic promise and opportunity was not significantly related to two dimensions.Meanwhile, the emotional commitment of organizational commitment, normativecommitment, ideals and commitments and economic commitment between employeejob satisfaction is positively correlated, that is, the feelings of staff commitment, normative commitment, commitment to higher ideals and economic commitment, jobsatisfaction Higher. But the chances between commitment and job satisfaction was notsignificant correlation. Organizational commitment on job satisfaction with the role ofthe inspection agency, according to the analysis results, we can see in the internalmarketing in organizational commitment and job satisfaction plays a mediating role.
