With the constant promotion of the rapid development and electric system reform of power industry, most thermal power plants in our country still continue to use traditional equipment management system, and it happen potential safety hazard more, which had heavy safety pressure in production , as contradictory and conspicuous equipment control have to expose already. It was the plan according to time pursuing, one-sided equipment maintenance management. They also only pay attention to the production management of the equipment but it ignores the current situation of the whole equipment control. Datang Lueyang power plant is noi exception. This paper researches Datang Lueyang power plant meet power system in new high standard and strict requirement, improves the safe state of Datang Lueyang power plant, enhances the management level of the equipment in an all-round way, undoubtedly has important realistic meanings.This text uses the method that the theory combines with practice, and modern equipment control , advanced theory and method of maintenance, the analytic approach of the level, expert's fuzzy point system, chasing such methods as the dynamic appraisal of level decision ,etc, further investigating the equipment control of Datang Lueyang power plant, inheriting traditional equipment control outstanding experience, consulting abroad especially nearly 30, over the past 40 years, such as the successful experience in management of the equipment, combining the particularity of the thermal power plant, meeting power system will produce the security , dependability , the demand for the stability to the power plant.
