The Characteristic And Development Of Communication In Agricultural Extension

The function of modern agriculture expansion is defined as providing with the complete technique serves in prep-production in-production and post-production for the farmers, the essential meaning is a communication process of information deliver with the feedback.This paper dissertated the characteristics of valid communication and some traits such as intention, symbol, relation, configuration and skill etc. these are provided with the inherence demanding of the valid communication by introducing the connotation of communication and the each tache of the integrity process of communication. On the base of establishing the theory platform of communication in general academically frame, the communication skill on agriculture extension were dissertated in detail. The communication behavior of agriculture extension process were assorted as five classes such as communication, language and non-language communication, single direction and double direction communication , human relations , community communication and organize communication, information communication and mental communication etc. Through analyzing and concluding. The six stage (process) of communication in agriculture extension were summarized after analyzing and discussing some essential elements in detail, these were: the stage of agriculture information prepare, the stage of agriculture information editing, the stage of agriculture information transfer, the stage of agriculture information receiveing ,the stage of agriculture information coding and the stage of agriculture information feedback. These analyzed and summaries have very important significance of guidance in the perfect communication practice and increasing the efficiency of communication in agriculture extension.The paper commented concretely the some issues which could appear in the process of communication in agriculture extension including the obstacle of the different level such as language, custom ideal, role, mental, state and organizes etc., put forward the perfecting and optimizing the project and practice manipulation of agriculture extension communication in pertinency and promote the development and fulfillment of theories and practice of agriculture extension. On the base of expatiating the basic theory of communication in agriculture extension in full scale and combining with the practical characteristics of transmitting in science and technology in the rural area of China, the author pointed out that the the technical expansion advantage is a necessity precondition for communication in extension contraposing the character of one family as a management unit, discussed the formation of cooperation organization in rural area of China on the point of view in communication of agriculture extension, dissertated in stress that the construction of media in rural area and point out that the three parts of government administration , media deparment and farmer themselves should trained the valid demand for agricultural technology information in depth, width and intensity etc.,and combining withstrengthening the valid supplying of agricultural technology information. Along with agricultural development much more relying on the advance of two system of biology and information, the paper precasted the role and function of computer network in the communication of agriculture extension ,and probing into the two kinds of main development mode of intelligent agriculture information system which is suitable to different economic development area.such as multimedia and internet, the orientation of role, which was made, being association with government administration, information enterprise-, agriculture industry and business of intelligent agriculture information system. As the point of view in foreground of the development in theory and practice of communication of agriculture extension in China, author put forward that agriculture information network profession is a newly arisen expanding unprecedentedly business, this will be a golden way of taking information to industry and to make farmers rich as well as getting high income.
