Design In Learning Organization Of Tianqi Company

It's very important for a company to foster competitive advantage to adapt to the diversity and uncertainty of the environment, meanwhile, it's essential to cultivate the ability of organizational learning to obtain needed knowledge and core competence.The article analyzed the difficulty of establishing Learning Organization. Based on the theory of Learning Organization and the fact of Tianqi company, the article analyzed the Tianqi 's corporate culture, and found out that the best solutions for Tianqi. Then, the article designed the actual operation process and flow charts for Tianqi company. Through combined quantitative and qualitative method, the article educed the conclusion, Learning Organization is one of the best solutions for cultivate core competence of company.The article used combined theoretic discuss and demonstration analysis methods to elaborate the issues. It had provided some theories and thoughts for next-step development of the certain corporations. To date, there is not full agreement about the theory of learning organization, therefore, this study became significant for their next-step development. In a word, to establish Learning Organization is constantly process of development, we must sum up our experience and deficiency in time.
