At present, a profound transformation of polity and economy and technology is occurring in the world. The conditions enterprises replying on are in process of the ultimate change. It is the focus considered by companies all over the world that how to enhance the corporations competition and adapting ability to meet oncoming challenge. The theory of Learning Organization is one of the new management concepts in the new century, in the development process of management theories and practice, from the time of 1990's. It's main content is five practices proposed by western scholars whose representative is Pro. Peter Senge of Massachusetts School of sciences and technology. Learning Organization is one, which is organic, highly flexible, flat, conforming to humanity and continuously developing. It is established through developing the learning atmosphere over the company and bringing the creativity of the employees into full play. This kinds of organization have lasting ability of study, can adapt to the change of external environment condition finely. Enterprises promote their core competence by establishing Learning Organization, So, establishment of Learning Organization becomes a goal of many enterprises. This article lead theory of Learning Organization into real estate enterprise , and analyze the necessity and feasibility, base on enterprise's reality of the real estate, study how real estate enterprises set up learning organization. The introduction part is about the research background , explain current situation in this subject both at home and abroad; Chapter Two give a systematic introduction about the theory of learning organization; Chapter Three analyze the relations between the domestic and foreign environment these real estate company faced and core competence of real estate company, explain the necessity of establishing learning organization, and has carried on the simple discussion to the feasibility; Chapter Four combine reality of the real estate enterprises, point out the goal , principle , condition in establishing of learning type real estate enterprises, analyze emphatically the obstacle factor that may meet in course. All these probe into person who study room enterprise establish basis of tactics in the back of being. Chapter Five is about some supportive design enterprises need, concrete course that is to say. Involve change of organize construction, implementation of informationization, construction of organizational learning , incentive system and promotion of organize studying ,etc. Chapter Six discussed briefly to the appraisal procedure of the studying type real estate company. Finally ,the author analyze some questions exposing in the course of establishing our learning organization , obtain some enlightenments that can be make use of .
