| Along with the transition from planned economy to market economy as well as the continuously advanced market-process, the attention from academic, political, business circles starts to focus on the issue concerning Chinese governmental regulation. The research on governmental regulation has already viewed as the important area of domestic economic research issue. Nowadays, scholars mainly concentrate their research activities on the regulation problem in natural monopoly field, while less on governmental regulation on pharmaceutical industry. Hence, from the perspective of governmental regulation theory, the article highlights the systematical research on domestic governmental regulation issues of pharmaceutical industry and academically as well as practically analyzes the barrier problems in experiment.Above all, the general theories on governmental regulation of pharmaceutical industry was reviewed and the practical experience of governmental regulation on pharmaceutical industry in western developed countries was concluded, then the domestic governmental regulation system as well as its development process on pharmaceutical industry was elaborated. In addition, on the background of the influence of china's entry of WTO on the domestic pharmaceutical industry and governmental regulation, the imperative to reform our regulation on pharmaceutical industry was clearly proved. Meanwhile, according to present existed problems of governmental regulation in pharmaceutical industry, the article advanced the idea that our domestic governmental regulation should economically and correspondingly adjusted by competitive and market based mechanism to gradually release the economic regulation on this industry. Furthermore, via completing relevant regulation and along with constructing unified, authoritative, effective regulation system, some suggestions and assumptions are conceived to enhance social regulation in pharmaceutical industry either. |
