Study On Organization Structure And Management Model Of Enterprise Groups

An enterprise group is a united legal person body formed by many enterprises, which are around an abundant strength enterprise. They are united mainly by property, and also by products, technology, operating contract. As the advanced form of enterprises, organization structure and management model of enterprise groups have always been discussed by academic circles and industry circles as a hot topic. Organization structure and management model of enterprise groups integrated closely. An enterprises group needs many supports to run efficiently, and organization structure and management model that adapt to the structure are the base of the supports. Its rationality will affect directly the existence and development of an enterprise group. That has been proved to be true by practice home and abroad. For this reason, it is probed into and researched widely in recent years.Organization structure and management model are merged tightly and studied comprehensively in this paper. We try to study it precisely in a systematic way and explain it completely and clearly by using the theories of economics and management.First we summarize the theory of the enterprises group, and analyze its traits and advantages by explaining the course of its produce. That provides basic theories for further studies. Then we make a thorough study of the organization structure. Next, we study the relationships between organization system and management structure in a macroscopic aspect and analyze the relativity among organization scale, organization structure and management model. We put forward the viewpoint that organization structure must be changed while the organization scale has changed, and management model adapted to the change should be taken. At last, we analyze a case. By studying the evolution of organization structure and management model of Haier, we verify the result of the study.
