By absorbing the successful experience from the advanced companies or big companies , combining the situation of his own , the company should try to test new purchase styles such as centralizing purchase, third part purchase and electronic purchase, the original style as hand work should be thrown away bit by bit., then the working efficiency will be improved.(4)Innovation for the purchase procedure: First the company should supplement his basic information system, Second reforge the purchase procedure at the base of information integrated, at last they will get high working efficiency. (5)Innovation for management regulations: The key points lie in encouraging mechanism and restriction regulations.
