Research And Development Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Purchase Research Based On Supply Chain Management

In the purchase of globalization today,the competition in the auto parts industry has a single enterprise competition upgrade for headed by core enterprise competition between the supply chain,market share of new products,new technologies and the survival of the enterprise foothold.In the process of project research and development,however,because of r&d purchasing control does not reach the designated position,cause the situation of the project before.As a starting point,therefore,this article choose in real case study research,based on the research and development of small and medium-sized enterprise purchase problem of supply chain management to improve auto parts research and development project quality,schedule control,and improve enterprise's overall competitiveness.Car parts of small and medium-sized enterprise in research and development in the process of purchasing,especially the research and development of high technology content products procurement process,main technology suppliers find difficulties,supplier management,research and development,purchasing cost out of control,research and development,procurement team is not sound,etc.This paper based on the theory of r&d procurement and supply chain management,using the method of case study,analysis of shaoxing zhuji WA auto parts enterprise development problems that exist in the procurement process,analyze the small and medium-sized auto parts manufacturing enterprise research and development of purchasing management mode.Study found that WA auto parts enterprises r&d procurement problems purchasing research and development,research and development,research and development in purchasing whole state out of control,and it is also a major enterprise project of the main causes of delay or stop.Research suggests that in the research and development of auto parts enterprises procurement process,should abandon the batch supplier selection and evaluation index,set up in line with the requirements of r&d sourcing supplier evaluation system,strengthen the scientific rationality of the purchasing budget and purchasing process control,set up R&D team with technical ability to improve the level of internal R&D purchasing management.
