This current research, taking into account the practices in XinHua Internet financial management, focus on the theoretical framework of Internet finance. The present thesis attempts to put forward strategies for perfecting the internet financial administration of XinHua News Agency on the basis of rationale of Internet financial management and the analysis of the current situations of financial network of XinHua News Agency.Part one of the present thesis is an introduction of the basic rationales of Internet Finance, including the concept, contents, influence, current situations and applications, development and trend as well as the relationship of Internet finance and Internet Accounting. Part two analysis in detail the current situation and problems of XinHua Internet Finance network, and other issues like Internet security, Internet audit and e-commerce will be also be taken into consideration in this part.Part three mainly focus on the strategies for the improvement ofInternet security, Internet audit and e-commerce in XinHua network.
