Audit Risk Of Internet Financial Enterprises And Its Preventive Measures

In March 2014,the term "Internet finance" was mentioned in the government work report for the first time at the 12th National People's Congress.Subsequently,at the third session of the 12th National People's Congress held on March 5,2015,"Internet+" action plan became the hot word of The Times,and the combination of traditional manufacturing industry with Internet,cloud computing and big data became the transformation trend of enterprises.In this context,Internet finance,as a typical representative of China's new financial model,has gradually become an important part of China's economic and financial development after vigorous development.Internet financial as itself has a high risk of Internet and financial integration,the audit risk under the influence of various factors,including not only the traditional audit risk factors,also added from industry,information technology and other various risk factors,makes the certified public accountant in the audit Internet financial firms face high audit risk.The research question of this paper is the performance of the audit risk of Internet finance in what aspects,what causes the audit risk of Internet finance,as well as the response and prevention of the audit risk of Internet finance.At present,the research on the audit risk of Internet finance at home and abroad is still in its infancy,and its theoretical basis is relatively weak.Although many scholars have paid attention to the fact that the audit of Internet financial enterprises is faced with high audit risks,the relevant researches are more theoretical.In this paper,the features of pleasant to Internet financial industry representative enterprise credit as a case study,around the analysis of the Internet financial audit risk,audit risk model,the author analyzes the reasons of Internet financial enterprise audit risk and put forward relevant preventive measures,so as to improve the quality of the audit of the financial industry on the Internet for certified public accountants,provide certain reference to reduce audit risk.Research ideas of this paper:based on the theoretical research at home and abroad,this paper studies the audit risks of Internet financial enterprises,and puts forward targeted preventive measures according to specific cases.Through the explanation and elaboration of the theories related to the audit risks of Internet financial enterprises,combined with the specific situation of the case of yiruidai,the factors of the audit risks of Internet financial enterprises are analyzed based on the modern audit risk model,and the causes of the audit risks of Internet financial enterprises are further analyzed.Then,from the perspective of certified public accountant,it puts forward the preventive measures for the audit risk of Internet financial enterprises,and finally draws the conclusion of this paper.Research value and significance of this article:when certified public accountants audit the Internet financial enterprises facing the material misstatement risk and check risk increase,only to fully understand and realize what caused the Internet financial enterprises audit risk,and further studies to match the risk prevention measures,can in the audit business reduce audit risk of financial companies on the Internet.However,at present,there are few listed Internet finance companies in China,and the audit of this industry lacks experience.Yirendai is a large listed company in China's Internet finance industry.Taking yirendai as an example,this paper analyzes the risks faced by certified public accountants in the audit process,which is of certain value to the study of audit risks in the field of Internet finance and specific practical improvement,and also plays an important role in promoting the healthy and stable development of China's Internet finance enterprises.
