Ecotourism Planning And Frame Of Nature Reserve

Nature reserve refers to special areas which are legally designed and managed to protect typical ecosystem, rare wild animals and plants, and nature historical relics. It has the function of protection, scientific research, education, esplanade. Great progresses have been made in this field, since the first establishment of nature reserve in 1956. According to statistics, up to the end of 2001, our country has established various 1551nature reserves with 129890 thousands hm2 of total areas, which account for about 12.9% of land country areas. These nature reserves include 171 national nature reserve, total areas 59038.4 thousands hm2, and 21 nature reserve which are listed as "man and the biosphere protection web"by UNESCO. At present, more than 80 nature reserves are regularly developing ecotourism, and more than 100 thoutands nature reserves have 100 thousands tourers per year. However, with the development of tourism in the nature reserves, the problems of resource damage and environment pollution are increasingly becoming serious. One of the important causes is non-perfect tourism design systems and dramatically behindhand theory and practice. Thus, it is very important to discuss ecotourism planning theoretically and realistically for the sake of continuable development of ecotourism, as well as to avoid the problem of non-standardization and random of ecotourism. This study primarily established ecotourism planning and frame of nature reserve based on the thought of ecology security, and make a further study on Wolong nature reserve planning. This paper includes 6 sections, the first section describes the background, research contents, methods and the creative points, and introduces the domestic and overseas development of ecotourism. The second section describes the base theory and general demand of ecotourism planning. The third to the five sections mainly propose technique system of nature reserve ecotourism, and made a more details in important planning points. At last, Wolong nature reserve was studied as a case research. This paper is expected to complete the theory of the nature reserve planning, and can be used for reference and guide.
