Beijing power sustainable development concerns the society of the capital, the development of the society, the environmental protection, and the sustainable development of power industry itself. So researching on the power sustainable development of Beijing has a great significance. In this paper, based on the researches of the current situation of power industry in Beijing, referring to the results of inside and outside researches concerned, and according to the comprehensive assessment theory and the connotation, the power sustainable development is defined, and the index system is set up. The simplified AHP and the method of fuzzy AHP comprehensive assessment are used to evaluate the power sustainable development in Beijing respectively; the two results are compared, and then comes the consistent conclusion. Subsequently, the GM(1,1), the discount factor time series and the aptitude combined optimum model basing on bias square root are set up to realize the forecasting of the power sustainable development, the comprehensive assessment software are programmed, and finally the comprehensive assessment function and the sustainable development forecasting are implemented.
