In recent years, because of the keen global competition, the violent cost pressure and the changes of social culture and new technology, especially Internet has already changed the scene of the distributed goods and service. People are interested in the marketing tactics more and more. The marketing tactics becomes the key weapon which can meet the demand of the customer and competition. The marketing idea develops into 4C's marketing theory taking customer as the core progressively and is moving towards integration constantly on the base of 4P's marketing theory which takes enterprises and products as direction. With the improvement of the living standards of the people, people pay attention to the quality of life more and more, the capacity of fragrant product market of the family has also got tremendous development.This thesis regards incense product marketing activity of group company of Hebei Gucheng incense as the background, in the survey marketing, on the foundation in such theories as the consumer behavior,etc. , have analyzed incense state , the market competition state of the incense, incense product market consumer behavioral aspect of fragrant product trade in detail , combine products state , marketing current situation and existing problem of marketing of enterprises, have analyzed to SWOT of marketing of the products. Through using the theory of STP, have explained especially the formulation and implementation of the marketing tactics of group company of Gucheng incense are proposed, promote the tactics and brand tactics after making new products tactics, price strategy,channel tactics, terminal station. In order to ensure the implementation of the marketing tactics, it is upgrade marketing idea, perfect marketing organization, strengthen management of marketing of team,etc. implement the suggestion to propose.The thesis not only has provided the good help to the development of the fragrant family property group company of Gucheng and I believe it also will have certain value of reference to the formulation or improvement of the marketing tactics in the counterpart industry and other enterprises.
