Study On Early Warning Of Enterprise Strategy Implement Risk

The globalization and the knowledge economy have made the business of enterprises into a super-competed state. The activities in the enterprises have become more and more risk, in which the strategic risk has the most destructive to the enterprises. According to Fortune's research indicating, almost 70% enterprise's failure is not because enterprise strategic layout is wrong, but because enterprise which lays out strategy does not implement effectively. Based on it, this paper studies early warning of strategy implement risk, so that it provides theoretic instruct for enterprise. Firstly, this paper defines notion of strategy implement risk, analyzes character of strategy implement risk, identifies factors of strategy implement risk and analyzes their mechanism against strategy implement risk. It is established that early warning index system of strategy implement risk which includes risk index of external and internal factors formed and financial index reflecting strategy implement outcome. The relation of cause and result between indexes and science of index sets are analyzed. The method of qualitative index transforming mensurable index is put forward. The early warning model of strategy implement risk based on Artificial Neural Network is established. BP network arithmetic of self-adaptation study speed is deduced according to ANN theory. Procedure of network arithmetic is compiled using MATLAB tool box. Collecting stylebook data through investigating 40 enterprises is used to training and checking BP network, its result indicates that all stylebooks pass checking. So model science and practicability are proved. Then, this model is applied to Tian Wei biology Co. Ltd.Finally, the paper discusses control tactic of strategy implement risk, establishes supervision system of strategy implement risk and proposes preventing mechanism of strategy implement risk.
