On the basis of summarizing the former contents, it analyzed the goal and the decision, the principle and the standard, the influence factors and the interaction relationship between the cooperative partners in the constructing process of virtual logistic enterprise, points out the cooperative partner chooses should set up a scientific, rational selection evaluation index system at first.
