A Study On The Development Of Yian Bian Outbound Trade

The rapid progress of the world's globalization in economy, especially after China's entry to the WTO, brought both the all time broad space to development and the severe test to China's external trade. The outbound trade, being one of the important parts in the areas of minority edgewise, plays a key role in their economic development.The outbound trade in the area of China's minority came into being early two thousand years before. In Xihan Dynasty Zhang Qian was sent to the Western Regions, Silk Road was opened and Silk Road Southwest was formed. After the establishment of New China, the outbound trade became active with the enactment of "A temporary Measure on Small Outbound Trade".As a special form of international trade, outbound trade is a result of the development of social productivity. Its function and effect are generalized and all-out, which effectively pushed the outbound trade that can speed up the regional economic development.Yan Bian is situated at the boundary of China, Russia and North Korea. Its boundary line measures 763.75 kilometer, therein the line China-North Korea is 522.5 kilometer and the one China-Russia is 241.25 kilometer. Relying on the three vast provinces-Ji Lin, Hei Long Jiang and Liao Ning, Yian Bian is the important "Window" of the internal and external communication of Northeast China. Also, it is the meeting point of economics, population and geography of Northeast Asia, holding a hub position in combining the land and sea transport structure of Asia, Europe and America. The rich in natural resources, land and human advantages promote the development of Yian Bian area, as well as the outbound trade of North Korea and Russia. In order to develop the outbound trade, Yian Bian should grasp the chance of the West Exploitation and the prosperity of the old industrial bases in Northeast China. Through the promoting function of outbound trade, optimize the industrial structureand promote the development of related industries, especially form the aerial advantage. Through outbound trade, fully play the aerial advantages, strengthen the relationship with the neighbor countries, improve the hard and soft environment and promote the development of Yian Bian economy.Based on the related theories of outbound trade, this study stated the production and development of the Yan Bian outbound trade. Though the analysis of the current situation of Yan Bian outbound trade and the comparison with the development of the other outbound areas, it pointed out the problems during the development of Yan Bian outbound trade. Moreover, this study suggested the future and certain measures on Yian Bian outbound trade.
