This thesis takes HUALING ELECTRONIC COMPANY as a research object. HUALING ELECTRONIC COMPANY is a state-owned enterprise that has existed more than forty years. Since 1998, HUALING COMPANY has set about constructing its enterprise culture and has achieved a lots in the aspects of economic profit and internal management. The thesis uses the talking method by which Edgar H. Schein evaluated enterprise culture to collect a number of information about HUALING COMPANY current enterprise culture. Combining with the theories of enterprise culture, the thesis analyzes the current situation of HUALING COMPANY enterprise culture building and finds out main problems that exist and have been unknown by HUALING COMPANY. At last, the thesis gives the suggestions of improving HUALING enterprise culture and draws the plan including specify methods of developing HUALING enterprise culture. This thesis supplies enterprise culture theories to the enterprise reform, which is a whole process of "pointing out problem, analyzing problem and resolving problem".The author thinks that the main problems of constructing enterprise culture in HUALING COMPANY are incomprehensive innovation, nepotism existing, unharmonious relationship between inner persons and weak publicity, conservative stimulating system, further reformation of organization structure and property right system, shortsighted product stratagem and weak brand consciousness. In order to deal with these problems, the author gives out specific methods in five respects which are building up all-round innovation, advocating group spirit, innovating stimulation system, further reforming organization structure and property right system and shaping enterprise visualization.
