The Establishment Of Bancassurance Mode In Our Country

With drastic competition and the appearance of Financial Services Integration,two-important-mainstay of Financial Industry--Bank and Insurance have been amalgamating in their operation and the bancassurance has come into being. Bancassurance originated in Europe which finance,tax and legislation was changing tremendously. Therefore,the Bancassurance of Europe is the developedest in the world. Bancassurance in our country developed drasticly in the end of 1990's, but it is still the best primary mode called cooperation in the agreement , and it induces a series of problems. Since our country has joined the WTO, more and more overseas financial companies have been entering our insurance field. our financial companies are facing a great challenge.Thereby, the development of bancassurance in our country has practical significance. On the basis of above-mentioned background, the paper has proposed the mode our Bancassurance should adopt. In our country, Bancassurance is a new question for discussion, about which there is not enough research. This paper not only analyses bancassurance with the theory of economic and management, but also the overseas experience of bancassurance. On the base of review to the entironment of bancassurance developing, it brings forward the mode of bancassurance in our country--Financial Holding Company. Finaly, this paper also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to the validity of this mode. The first part of this paper starts with pening word. It mainly introduces the definition and history of Bancassurance, the state of Bancassurance developing. Furthermore, it introduces research background, research meaning, the current situation of theory researching . The second part mainly analyses bancassurance with the theory of economic and management. The third part seeks for four management modes of Bancassurance in foreign countries. In the fourth part, it stressly studys the four modes of banccassurance, and puts forward the managemen mode of banccassurance on the basis of our reality. The fifth part, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to the validity of this mode, for example, amalgamates resources and combines work, cooperates in marketing between bank and insurance, improves efficiency of workers and so on.
