Especially it analyzes the main theory about agriculture insurance. It also analyzes the agriculture insurance experience in some developed and developing countries, and we can get any lesson. In the part, we give a brief of the long history about the agriculture insurance in China and comment it. At last, we analyze the main problem doers and the mechanism of market in china. The second part analyzes the doers of agriculture insurance with the way of economics, which is the core of the dissertation. It explains the character and the influencing factors of the farmers'behavior. Using the Von Newman—Morgenstern Utility Model to analyze to the individual. It could be concluded that the farmers are influenced by many factors and it need joint work to ensure the farmer to attend the agriculture insurance. It also analyzes the character and the influencing factors of the government in agriculture insurance and estimates the compensation of the agriculture insurance by the government. It draws a conclusion that the government should support the development of agriculture insurance. It illustrates the character and the influencing factors of the company who do the business of agriculture insurance. It uses the game theory to express the relation among the government, farmer and company. Then it draws a conclusion that the government should consider the benefits of the society and support the agriculture insurance. The third part is the conclusion and the suggestion. It conceives a new model for china, and proposes some suggestions about how to improve the management on agriculture insurance.
