How to motivate employee's enthusiasm and activity, How to make use of employee's intelligence and knowledge fully to create maximal value and realize the target of enterprise, is becoming the key job of Human Resource Management. The Human Resource Management is changing to Human Capital Management.As long as manpower is resource and the value of resource is realized through currency, remuneration system management is doomed to be the important part of Human Resource Management. A suitable remuneration system will have tremendous function to improve enterprise efficiency, So we can say that compensation system design is the "bone" in remuneration system and how to design a compensation system successfully is a important job.This paper is basis on the problem of compensation system in PP company, study and discuss the whole compensation system reform process after the PP company convert to a foreign company from a private enterprise.The meaning of this paper is to build a suitable and successful compensation system for PP company on the basis of current situation in PP company and under the guidance of modern Human Resource Management theories. And at the same time, this paper gives the betterment way for the faultiness part in this system found in the execution period.
