The employment is a basis of the people's life, and a basic premise and basic way to improve it. China is the most population nation of the world, there are about 1300 millions person. So the aim to resolve the employment is very heavy and difficult. Especially, along with the Chinese market economy's deeply development and the reform of the economic system going into the assault fortified positions' stage, the economic structure is becoming complex and the situation of employment is becoming austere, so the employment is becoming more urgent and important. Therefore, we developed the analysis of this article into three layers as follows: The first part is expound upon that the employment is the basic problem of the regional economic development, because that the element of labor is the most primary and important element of the regional economic development, the full employment is the one of primary goal of the regional economic development and the unemployment has the negative effect for the regional economic development. The second part is the analysis for the regional difference of the employment's elements. Because the elements of the employment such as the supply and demand of the labor, the market system to allocating the labor have the deeply regional character, so the employment also has the deeply regional character. The third party is the demonstrable analysis and some advice for some regional employment's problems, such as the problem of the highly rate of labor's taking part in, the un-reason regional economic structure aggravating the employment, the lowly level of city's development aggravating theemployment, the employment of undergraduate and superabundance labor from village, the innovation of the regional government' employment policies.
