Career Management System Research And Design Of BD Advertising Adorning Limited Company

The success of an enterprise is related with the strategy of improving labor efficiency, such as the development of organized career and the connection of one' s career planning with the requirement of labor in one company. As one important part of human resources, in this thesis, the author analyzes the status and developing tendency of career management as well as its important value on development of one company and the development of human resources. Combined with management of human resources management in BD Advertising Adorning Limited Company, the author tries to design the career management system for this company and conduct self-career management of its employees' . Then this system is perfected. When the enterprise realizes its value, it must pay attention to the development of its staffs as well. That is, the double-win management for enterprise and its staffs will be realized and a new encouraging system can be built. Thus, not only the continuous development of enterprise can be realized, but also the staffs' advantages on competition will be improved.This thesis consists of five parts. Part one surveys the theory of career management, pointing out the theoretical base of career management design for BD Advertising Adorning Limited Company. Part two introduces the situation, market, human resources management and status of career management of BD Advertising Adorning Limited Company and analyzes all the problems on these aspects, giving the practical base for design the career management system. Part three designs the career management system for BD Advertising Adorning Limited Company, combinedwith its practical situation. Part four surveys the realization of career management. Part five evaluates the career management.
