Weifang City of Shandong province, one of the big agricultural city in China , had got a series of successful experiences in agricultural industrialization, standardization, and internationalization. But how the get a high agricultural science and technology level and a high transform rate of agricultural fruits of science and technology is still a very serious task in nowadays. This article wants to give out the restriction and suitable modes of the transform of agricultural fruits of science and technology in Weifang City, and give out the direction and guarantee of them, by analysis its present systems, mode and mechanism of transform.This study had analyzed the geography position, agricultural region layout, agricultural foundation, industrial structure, agriculture study system, and agricultural spread system of Weifang. And then given out the shortcomings of agricultural studies and their reasons.We also carried out the studies of the present situations of government spread system, agricultural science and technological demonstration gardens, agricultural science and technology training , leading company developments, agricultural exposition, and important items exploitations, and so on. According those studies, we got the shortcomings of transforms of agricultural science and technology fruits: scientific research weakness, less smoothness of spread channels, science and technology investment, absence of effective inspirit mechanism, less smoothness of agricultural technological and market information, and seriously need of the improvement of peasant quality. Then we give out the development directions for the future.Based on the analysis of agricultural science and technology spread system and circulation mechanism of America, Japan, Canada, and New Zealand, we had given some good modes for reference.On the integrated study and analysis, we give out the directions, new type agricultural science and technological fruit transform system, and alsogive out six guarantees to increase the agricultural science and technology transform rate.
