Study On The Agricultural Modernization Problem From The Perspective Of The Transform The Agricultural Development Model

Since the eighteenth big party has made a clear requirement to balance urban and rural development,put forward to accelerate transformation of the mode of agricultural development,promote the development of agricultural modernization,to increase farmers' income,to speed up the development of urban and rural integration.Xinjiang country as one of the pilot sites of agricultural modernization in Shanxi Province,a typical with many advantages.In this paper,Marx and Engels and successive leaders with the construction of agricultural modernization of the related paper for theoretical guidance,Xinjiang country as the research object,on the basis of the research through exploring current situation of the construction of agricultural modernization,and summarizes the achievement at the same time,think that the main process of agricultural modernization in the face of the development of the concept of agricultural modernization is not mature,backward agricultural industrialization and organization mode of operation,low quality of the rural labor force and the contradiction between agricultural modernization and ecological environment problems,etc;At the same time,think the agriculture modernization construction influenced by such factors as:the agricultural material equipment and technology level is low,low level of agricultural industrialization,the rural labor force quality is low and the agricultural law enforcement is lax,etc.Based on this,advances,strengthen promotion plan agricultural modernization should focus on to lead of the thought of agricultural modernization development,focusing on the transformation and upgrade of industrial structure,in order to improve the agricultural industrialization,improve agricultural operation organizations management as the core,in order to improve the quality of the main body of agricultural production and agricultural material equipment and technology as the carrier,mechanism of the government's policy support for security,to promote the healthy development of agricultural modernization,etc,highlight its operability.
