A new type of high-power Wilkinson power divider is introduced. Based on the traditional Wilkinson power divider, its structure and the matching between its ports are improved. A power of 200W that working in 300-400MHz, high-isolation, coaxial-based Wilkinson power divider is developed. Appling the dual-mode odd analysis and the cascade structure, the traditional Wilkinson power splitter be improved in the design accuracy and circuit performance. Based on the quarter-wavelength transmission line and installation of high-power voltage matches the resistance of the design, the Wilkinson Splitter be improved in port matching, thus enhancing the power splitter isolation, and reducing the differential loss; The insertion loss keep in 6.2dB and the isolation of port achieved in 25dB; The use of direct metal cutting design, complete the coaxial cavity structure, improve the Wilkinson power divider resistance of high-power performance, making its power reaches 200W, and solution to the heat dissipation problem caused by high-power. Used HFSS simulation and optimization, the feasibility of parameters be verified. A working frequency of 350MHz, bandwidth of 100MHz Wilkinson power divider be produced. Through testing and debugging, the performance parameters similar the same products, meet design requirements.
