Culture publicized is a trend of modern Chinese culture, and it is the international culture phenomenon as well. Culture publicized not only expands the space of culture, but also changes the way of the production, currency and receival. Even it changes the signification construction of culture production. It is no doubt that the impact is positive. If the aesthetics culture would be considered as the sub-system of publicized culture, it is a worthiness path to learn it and its transformation by searching key words of aesthetic from electronic media (Internet).There are four parts in the thesis. The first part mainly states the media influence on the development of culture. We consider that the media is a significant power which can not be ignored during the whole development process. The culture presents the different characters along with the change of media in differ times. There are many similar theoretics; however, we will simply analyze the subsection way of culture history which comes from Marshall McLuhan,Levinso,Mitchell and Baudrillard. By the analysis, it is the fact that the aesthetic of human will be changed by the transforming of media. Nowadays, it is no doubtable that the electronic media will be the dominant position, which brings the transformation of aesthetic that can not be separated from virtual technology.The second part focuses on analyzing the virtual reality technology, the operation rules of Cyberspace and their impact on the culture art and the recognition of human. Virtual reality technology is the support of the spreading of electronic media. While, Cyberspace is a virtual spirit space created by virtual reality technology. It provides a stage of the presentation of virtual technology. This thesis will address on the development of virtual reality technology, the essence of philosophy, the relationship between network and virtual technology, the meaning of Cyberspace and the impact on the recognition of human.The third part analyzes the aesthetic created by Cyber arts. There must be a new art by the connection with the new media. Therefore, the aesthetic of human will differ. After finding the true meaning of virtual reality and Cyberspace, the essence will turn up clearly.We know that the technology has two sides. There is inevitable that the negative affects will be bought as well as the positive. As the conclusion the thesis, it reminds that people would not be optimism when enjoying happiness bought by the media. Everyone should treat it objectively.
