The Embedded Cement Thickening Data Acquisition And Display System Based On Qt/Embedded

With the development of computer technology and electronic technology, embedded technology is increasingly perfect. And with the outstanding features of its small size, strong function, high stability, embedded system is widely used in various fields of our social life.Cement consistometer is widely used in the oilfield cementing to test the consistency of cement. In order to ensure the quality and safety of the cementing, we usually test the thinkening changes of the cement before cementing, through simulating the temperature and pressure situation of downhole. This paper analyzes the function, structure and characteristics of the consistometer, in view of its defects in data display, curve drawing and data storage. This system uses touch screen to show the datas instead of the instruments or led digitron on the consistometer, and it also can display the changing curve of the temperature, pressure and consistency of the cement on the touch screen in stead of three-pen recorder. Furthermore, create a database by SQLite to store the data. After improvement, the consistometer is more intelligentsimpler and simpler.The hardware of designed system is based on a development board, which uses Samsung's S3C2440A as its processor. The software platform adopts the Linux system. build a cross compiler environment,cut and transplant the system kernel,choose C and C++ as programming language to write a A/D converter device driver and other programs,and create a database by SQLite.At last, design a friendly interactive interface by Qt/Embedded.Through the simulation test, the designed system of my subject can accomplish the improving function of the consistometer. It can display the information and changes and save data to database in real time. And this provides a new way to design a consistometer.
