This paper introduces the existing model of experimental teaching boiler monitoring system reforms in view of existing situation that the actual industrial boiler control system usually adopts distributed control system. In the original experimental boiler used of teaching, this design changes centralized control system into distributed control system. The transformed experimental teaching boiler control system consists of centralized monitoring system and the diffused control system. The monitor computer is responsible to control the several boilers'thermal parameters which are liquid level, pressure, temperature and so on. The computer will concentrate on monitoring, management. The lower computer uses the Samsung S3C44B0X single chip cumputer. The single boiler controller composes of the single chip cumputer, sensor detection, signal processing, implementing agencies and other external components. The one boiler controller controls one boiler. All information through communication networks are monitored by the upper management computer, to achieve optimal control.The system uses original industrial control computer as upper computer and removes the A/D acquisition card in hardware. The processes of acquisition and control are completed by lower computer. The upper computer only uses as a monitor management. In the lower position control system, the hardware circuit uses Samsung S3C44B0X ARM7 SCM-based controller. Used Pt100 temperature sensor, the signals through the preamplifier are filtered to enlarge and sent to microcontroller's analog input pins. The pressure transmitter HM80 with high temperature and electrode gauge used as a combination of liquid level sensor. Though amplified and filtered, the signals are also sent to the microcontroller analog input pins. The high quality power supply model was used to improve the ability of anti-jamming. To improve the robustness of boiler operation, the system extends FLASH ROM circuit which can store the boiler control parameters of thermal. Increasing the dual protection that staff also modified the boiler through the keyboard even in the monitor computer does not work because of LCD display and keyboard interface sub-circuit.The software platform adopts the design principles of decentralized control, centralized operation, management at different levels, level-to-level administration and comprehensive coordination. With the kingview the software platform on computer is composed of 10 the interface, they are inject-water flow adjust, effluent-water flow adjust, boiler tap water flow adjust, water pressure on pump exit, water pressure on parallel pump exit, boiler flow water temperature control, boiler water level adjustment inlet and output valve, boiler water level three momentum complex adjust, boiler water level inverter control. As the actual boiler is a nonlinear and time-delay system. It requires for high security and high reliability. The algorithm of the lower computer software changes from PID to fuzzy PID. By contrast and analysis, fuzzy PID significantly improves system robustness.
