Generate electricity with firepower takes a main place in our national electric power industry, and it's also one of our national important power industry. The group of generate electricity with firepower is a typical course controlled object, it's a huge equipment groups, including boiler, machines group of the steamer and assistant equipments. In these equipments, high pressure boiler is the most important but the most complicated controlled object.This paper designs for the controlled object of the Jin Shan powerhouse's high pressure boilers, so we choose the popular distributed control pattern, the hypogyny PC we choose the minimal application system, it makes up of the 8031 microcomputers to control the variable, such as temperature, press and water level in the boiler; epigyny PC we choose the P4 industrial controlling computer to watch, control and manage the work state of the whole system. In the system, the variable comes from the sensors are delivered to the microcontroller, the output signal can drive the step-by-step electromotor to adjust the angle of the valve to control each the variable of the system.
