Studying The Development And Utilization Of Local Documents In Henan Province Nearly 30 Years

Henan Province is one of the main original areas of culture and the Chinese civilization. The local literature of Henan deeply rooted in history in Henan Province. It detailed, thorough, vividly recorded in Henan regional economic, cultural, technological, social and political aspects of development. It is not only the original records and historical testimony about social and historical changes in Henan, but also is the important information and cultural resources about cultural values of building construction in Henan Province. So, with regional characteristics of local literature resource becomes even more valuable, people pay more attention to researching and using the local literature resources. In this paper, local literature achievements of Henan Province conducted extensive surveys and collating since 1978. The paper introduces overall appearance of work of Henan local literatures ordering, development and utilization, and identified problems, proposed a solution to take advantage of local literature resources.This structure is following. Chapter 1 it introduces the significance of proposed research projects, current situation and methods. Chapter 2 it introduces the concept of local literature, characteristics, value and type of local literature, between local literature and local culture of the relationship, and so on. It overviews the resources of local literature in Henan based on clarifying the concept. Chapter 3 it details in the current situation where the collation of documents. Chapter 4 it details the evaluation of a new classification and introduces editing local literature, local document database the development of results and status. Chapter 5 it introduces the value of Henan use and development of local literature from the literature dissemination and utilization characteristics of the local literature. Chapter 6 it talks of the development of local documents in Henan and the use of problems and proposed countermeasures. Finally, it sums up the results and inadequacy of this paper, and the future research directions are reviewed.This article asserts that full use of local literature resources and dig local literature of Henan unique geographical characteristics. It also asserts the further building of Henan local literature development and use of the value system has some practical use of academic value and significance.
