"The research and demonstration of marine station's multipoint and intelligent real-time monitoring system"is a marine commonweal project which is undertaken by Wenzhou Marine Environmental Monitoring Center of the State Oceanic Administration. The content of this thesis is a sub- task of this project. At present, our country's marine environmental monitoring and forecasting is still mainly manual, the automation level is low and marine station's users can not monitor the changing status of marine parameters in real time and accurately. In view of this situation, a marine station's data dynamic publishing system has been designed and developed based on java sever pages (JSP) technique.Data dynamic publishing system is developed based on the popular browser/server (B/S) framework. Combining with the specific needs of data dynamic publishing system and comparing of several major databases, Oracle10g is used as marine data storage database, and then the design of marine information database structure is completed, so that a storage platform is provided for marine data automatic storage. By analyzing the commonly used Oracle database connection methods, the convenient and efficient java database connectivity (JDBC) data access technique is utilized to achieve the connection between JSP page and the database server. According to the marine station user's actual needs, JSP technique combining with Ajax technique and JavaScript is adopted to complete the design and implementation of five modules. These five modules are the real-time display of marine data, marine history data management, marine stations configuration information management, user information management and marine stations event management.In order to ensure platform-independent and easy migration of data dynamic publishing system, Java is used as system software's developing language. For the purpose of facilitating data dynamic publishing system's later maintenance, management and updating, B/S architecture model is chosen as system's hierarchical model. In view of improving data dynamic publishing system's real-time response and user's experiences, Ajax technique is brought to realize part functions of the system.So far, data dynamic publishing system has been put into operation for half a year at the demonstration system in Mindong and Wenzhou Marine Environment Monitoring Center of the State Oceanic Administration. The field application indicates that the system can well improve the level and efficiency of the central station's marine data management.
