Making And Testing Prolectri Sensing Head

Describe the history and development of the pyroelectric sensor and the principle of the pyroelectric effect. Meanwhile, explain the characteristics of lithium niobate crystal selected and the polarization of the high electric field. Finally, describe the process of the experiment about pyroelectric sensitive head.Sensitive head produced mainly includes bonding, thinning, coating and encapsulation. This paper respectively describes on the principle of four processes, operation processes and a number of important issues of experiments in detail. Bonding is an important step in the making process of pyroelectric sensitive head. Bond will have a direct relationship to whether grinding can proceed smoothly. In this paper, I describe the principle of bonding, the bonding tool designed by myself and test steps in the process of bonding in detail. Grinding is the most important step of production of pyroelectric sensitive head. The quality of grinding determines the strength of the signal and the maximum frequency can be achieved. Finally, to the grinding, I do analysis of believe about the collapse phenomenon. Coating provides upper and lower electrode for pyroelectric sensitive head. The quality of coating influences resistance of the upper and lower plate and area of the electrode plate. Encapsulation of sensitive head will enable device integrated, reduce interference and increase the reliability of device. Meanwhile, Paper also describes the principles of coating and packaging, test steps and some other problems. The most important step in making sensitive head is grinding. The quality of grinding plays a decisive role. After the grinding, analyze the thickness, roughness and residual stress after interaction of bonding and grinding. Then, describe sensitive head about extraction circuit and signal and extraction process in experiment .At last, the signal from experiment has been made the detailed analysis.
