Research On Quality Management Information System

With the continuous development of information technology and the increased uncertainty of market environment, the complexity of the enterprise management activities are increasingly prominent, more and more information produced in the enterprise management activities need to be coped with. The article is based on the total quality management theory, combine with technology of software development, and research and design a business-oriented application of quality management information system, and realize some of the modules.Firstly, the development background of the quality management information system and its current state of development are described, and its development trends is discussedSecondly, the variation type of measurement system and the variation resource of the process are researched and analyzed. In addition, the evaluate methods and evaluate process of the measurement system ability are researched. The process ability is introduced and principles and the judgment of control charts are researched.Thirdly, the development method of the system is researched, and the development method of system based on the character of the system is established. The U/C matrix is established according to the creation and use of the quality information inside of the enterprise is established, and the function model of quality management information system is established. Principle of the database and database access technology were introduced. In accordance with the quality of management information systems function model, the need of the system database and the database structure model is established.Finally, the environment of development system and the choice of the development tools were introduced and developed a database access program. By using the theoretical study and the establishment of the program, the quality management information systems were developed. The statistical process control module and measurement equipment management module are developed.
