With the popularity of computer network technology, the world's industrial structure transforms fundamentally and promotes the development of global information. In the field of industrial control, the network technology of control has become a hot research of automation technology. As powerful communication technology, the Ethernet technology has been widely used in office automation and in the field of digital business, and is developing to industrial automation, instrumentation automation, building automation, etc. fields.With the rapid development of information technology, oil industrial area is the same with other industrial areas which are developing to intellectualization and informationization. Compared with developed countries, Chinese oil exploitation still exists a certain gap between the technical levels, since most data is collected by handiwork, and data of the oil well's scene cannot be seamlessly uploaded, so the efficient management of oil production and dispatch cannot be achieved. But as for the ocean development of oil and gas resources, because of the marine natural condition's particularity and the limitation of the design space of oil production platform, the less the platform administrative personnel required by the production management method is, the better the condition is, until unattended. For this reason, the platform needs to be monitored and controlled remotely, and a low-cost Ethernet solution is urgently needed. Therefor, a low-cost Embedded Ethernet solution is proposed in this thesis.The maritime temperature in spring and autumn season is generally between 8 and 10 degree centigrade, and oil in pipeline is relatively sticky in this temperature, which is not conducive to the delivery of oil. For this reason, this article designs an intelligent temperature control instrumentation with the interface of Ethernet, so the remote monitoring of temperature of oil pipeline is realized, which maintains oil temperature at a certain temperature range (generally around 26 degree centigrade), to achieve the aim of oil transmission. Adaptive Fuzzy PID control algorithm is applied to oil pipeline temperature control, and a fine controlling effect is reached.
