China is the world's largest tea-producing countries, of which the largest proportion of green tea. with the continuous development and progress of society, people demand the amount of tea, types of needs, and growing demand for high quality, which requires us excellence in the increasingly competitive domestic and international environments, and constantly develop new products, and focused on improving the quality of tea. Tea green removing technology is an extremely important step in the tea processing technology. Tea green removing machine system is a large delay, nonlinear, multi-jamming system, and now most of them used PID control. But PID control is based on the linear invariant system , so using PID control is difficult to get the desired results. Therefore required to improve the control algorithm, this paper using tea green removing machine drum for the controlled system tea green removing technology, using a new generalized predictive of integrated control algorithm, so crank up the temperature control has been effectively controlled.This paper basis the electrical heating roller fixation machine system structure and working process, analyzes the system control circuit, so we know exist in the process due to fixing dosage of unstable, heating system lag,and other factors, and use of PID temperature control algorithm, the temperature fluctuations. Therefore, this paper targeted for PID control, minimum variance self-tuning control and a new generalized predictive of integrated control, respectively, in-depth study and analysis of simulation and comparison, selected the new generalized predictive of Integrated control as the final control algorithm. The new generalized predictive of integrated control is a new generalized predictive control and fuzzy control algorithm of effectively combination. Among them, the soft-switching method is this article difficulties and innovation. The paper has designed the hardware circuit,which of the control chip selected ARM7, temperature measurement selected WZPK armored thermal resistance, all isolated three-phase AC voltage regulator selected STY, keyboard selected 16 keys and LCD display selected MG240128 LCD module. ARM7-based tea fixation machine control system software design, using the operating systemμC /O S -Ⅱused to expanding the main program design and implementation of task Manager, and the establishment of adaptive control algorithm module application subroutine and so on. Finally, starting a separate commissioning and integrated debugging, testing results show that the tea fixation machine control system is achievable, and have good performance.Experimental results show that,using the new generalized predictive of integrated control compared with the existing control,not only the robustness of adaptive control becomes higher, more to the practical application of capabilities enhancement. With the continuous updating of the optimization algorithm,and good hardware and software implementation, tea green removing machine embedded control system can be applied to fixing process temperature control, adaptive temperature control for achieve tea green removing machine, and will help improve the quality of green tea.
