Design And Realization For The Control System Of 150×150 Billete Caster

With the development of computer and automation and its extensive application in continiue casting, the automatic control strategy of continiue casting is one of the most important research topics in the field of process control.How to design an excellent automatic control system, which can not only ensure the billete quality, but also ensure the billete caster run in the optimal producing condition. It is most important to reduce all kinds of technics accident, decrease product cost and running cost, delay period of using billete caster devices, save worker labour, improve the work environment, slow source lack and so on..Bases on the background of 150 X 150mm billete caster, design and realization of 150 X 150mm billete caster has been discussed in this dissertation. The system builds on the core of Reckwell automation's ControLogix control platform, adopts NetLinx net structure frame.On the basis of DeviceNet, ControlNet and EtherNet, all devices and instruments information is integrated together. And DeviceNet,ControlNet and EtherNet's data exchange has been realized. Siemens transducer of driving device, Logix5555 programable controller of control device and RSView32 of HMI software are applied in the whole system. The system control function and character are expatiated on, especially, the temperature measure of middle bag, control strategies about crastal device vibration, strain machine, the secondary cooling water, cut-length are emphasized to design and realize.Two years actual run show that the control system is stable and credible, can satisfy the producing requirement, achieve the aim of automatic control and remote realtime monitor.
