Design And Implementation Of Integrated Management Information System For Equipment Maintenance

With the development of information technology and the trend of steel industry globalization, Information technology has been more and more important in the enterprise management. Many companies have focused on how to develop the terse and efficiency and operational system to satisfy the need.After confirming the equipment management mode of Baosteel and Nippon Automatic Ltd. Co., we developed the Equipment Maintenance Integrated Management System on the base of the business flows being investigated. The system is integrated with information input, information query, information statistic, information forecast. And the system meets the need of the company's advanced management, which enhances the maintenance work on a high level.In this thesis the system development background, the trend of domestic and abroad companies and the implementing significance are mentioned firstly. Then the system design and the implementation of the target system are introduced with emphasis. In the part of system design, the whole scheme is proposed on the system implementing goal, the implementing mentality and the system analysis; in particular, the function design and the database design of the system are given in detail. In the part of system implementation, methods are introduced about how to implement each module of the system. Finally, an objective evaluation of the system is made by carrying out a comprehensive system testing, and a scheme of optimization is put forward in the testing in this thesis.
