Industrial Robot belongs to branch of the Robotics, representing the highest achievement of the Mechatronics. With Development of Science and Technology, Industrial Robot has already become automated tools of Flexible Manufacturing System, Automation Factory and Computer Integrated Manufacturing System. Wider adoption of Industrial Robots can not only improve production quality and quantity, but also have quite importance on protecting personal safety, improving the labor environment, reducing labor intensity, improving labor productivity, saving raw material consumption, reducing production costs, and promoting the rise of China's manufacturing industry. The robot experts remote monitoring system designed by the paper is futherly studied on the basis of Industrial robot and combined with the practical project. The system combines the remote control robot and remote monitoring together, solves the technical staff's problem of going between the site and the working place, and can complete the remote control and the monitoring. Thus, the system will not only save energy and money of technical staff, but can also achieve the irregular checks on the monitored objects to ensure their safety, normal, and stable work.This paper firstly begins to study from with the general industrial robots, combines the predict functions of the designed industry-serviced robot expert system, finds the Pre-design reference, and sums up the theoretical basis of design and the general design steps. Industrial robot expert system designed by paper is composed of two parts:the operation part and remote monitoring part. Real-time guarantee of the remote monitoring part is premise of the practicability of the system. The operation part can guarantee the system properly work.Secondly, the paper studies from the system's overall goal of the system, follows certain guidelines for the design, starts from the operation part, proposes the overall design theme draws the structure diagram, designs the function of various parts draws the initial model by proE 3D software, operates on the kinematics and working space analysis, uses Matlab to draw the actual work space, and eventually identifies the specific size.The last part of paper works on remote monitoring part, the paper demonstrates the practicability on the theory, and chooses the proper method to do Experiment. The present experiment in the LAN has been successfully verified, then the following step is the realization of the remote monitoring. The system is still being studied, the study by the paper provides the practicalibility and primary design, and the system needs futher improvement.
