Currently, although much effort has been made in the exploration of analysis and control for the fuzzy control system, the results on this topic are far fewer than those on original systems. Many unsolved problems need to do. In this paper, by using the adv-anced matrix theory and the linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique, we study the problem of analysis of reliable and robust for a kind of fuzzy control systems under the framework of Lyapunov stability theory, which is motivated by the linear system theory and advanced robust control theory. The main contributions are as follows:(1) The design problem of robust and non-fragile H∞state feedback controller is discussed under controller perturbations for a class of time-delay linear systems with uncertain. A class of perturbation is considered, and the controller gain perturbations is assumed to be norm-bounded as the system uncertainties. The problem of designing a robust resilient state feedback controller for linear systems with uncertainties and constant delays is addressed. The method of robust non-fragile controller designing is given, a delay-dependent design method is proposed in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). All parameters of the LMI are linear, and the LMI is depends on the size of the delay.(2) Decentralized control and robust control of composite systems with inputsaturation are discussed. Using M matrixes theory, Lyapunov method and Riccati equation, the sufficient condition for semiglobal stabilization, decentralized robust stabilization is given.(3) The guaranteed cost control problem is studied for a class of T-S fuzzy time-delay systems. Memoryless fuzzy state feedback controller based on the state observer is designed. Sufficient conditions for the existence of guaranteed cost controllers are derived, under the some conditions the guaranteed cost controllers can be obtained via LMI.
