The research of this thesis based on the project "Intelligent Control Theory and Methodology Research of Networked Control Systems" funded by the National Science Foundation. Combined with the current research and development trend of Networked Control Systems, relative foundational problems in Networked Control Systems are re-distinguished and discrete stochastic models of Networked Control Systems with data dropout are built. On the basis of the above research, adopt the stochastic optimal control and design respectively the LQG control strategy and methodology of Networked Control Systems with full state information or partial state information. Furthermore, the close-loop stability of Networked Control Systems is analyzed, and the control strategies are verified by simulation examples. At the same time, the feasibility of network communications scheduling and control performance influence posed by scheduling is analyzed to explore integration of control and scheduling.
