This paper investigates robust stability and robust H_∞control problem of uncertain time delay systems, and robust H_∞control of uncertain time delay neutral systems via linearmatrix inequality (LMI) and Lyapunov-Krasovskii approaches. Then we obtain a comparision theorem of the deterministic algebraic Riccati equation.Firstly, we mainly deals with the robust stability of nonlinear stochastic systems with uncertain time delays. Some sufficient conditions on robust stability are given in terms of LMIs, compared with the pervious works for linear stochastic systems, our results have the advantage of easy computation.Secondly, for uncertain linear systems with delays appearing in state and control and parameter uncertainty, the robust H_∞control is studied by means of LMI. A sufficient condition for the existence of an H_∞controller is presented, and the corresponding design arithmetic method is provided .Thirdly, we mainly deals with the robust H_∞control of linear uncertain time-delay neutral systems. A sufficient condition on robust stability is given in terms of linear matrix LMIS . Compared with the pervious works for linear stochastic systems, our results have the advantage of easy computation.Finally, we study deterministic algebratic Riccati equations, we obtain a comparison theorem under the condition of stabilizability, which improves the previous result.
