| The 21st century is the information age and information has already become the strategic resources of social development and national defense construction. The new military renovation based on informationization has become the focus of the armies of many countries all over the world. Therefore, in order to adapt to the new war form and improve the fighting capacity, our troops must make informationization into each facet of army construction. To informationize the management the vehicle dispatch in a base, a Vehicle-Dispatch Management Information System is developed by using various IT technologies and theories of system engineering and software engineering. The thesis mainly includes the following contents.Considering the informationization impact on manual methods and applying BPR (Business Process Reengineering) principle, the business process of vehicle dispatch management is redesigned according to the idea of "based on business process and exceeding business process" and on the basis of the investigation on the current business process of some bases and fellow organizations.Based on the actual needs of the Vehicle-Dispatch Management Information System, its architecture is put forward, and its function model and information model are built systematically by means of the modeling tool UML recommended by National 863/CIMS. Furthermore, the corresponding database system is designed in detail.Based on the idea that practicability is in the first place and advancement is paid attention too, an full functional, user friendly, easy-to-use prototype Vehicle Dispatch Management Information System is implemented on open platforms, using SQL server as DBMS and Eclipse/Java as development tools. The system has been put into running successfully. |
