Design Of A Kind Of Industrial Pneumatic Marking System Based On QT/E And Embedded Linux

Industrial marker is an important assistant tool widely used in the fields of auto,motor, machine and aero industry, and it can make products be effectively managed and identified in manufacturing and utilization. Currently, foreign industrial marking machine technology mature, but the price is expensive. The anti-interference of domestic industrial marking machine system is not strong and the operation is inconvenience.The industrial marker is researched on the principle of economy, practicality, reliability and conveniency in this paper.This article dedicated to the integrated ARM-based industrial marking control system development, mainly explains the building and implementation method of the embedded systems platform, and realized the designed graphical user interaction with a dialogue interface system by means of QT graphics applications,in the embedded Linux operating system, ARM processor-based platform .In the design of GUI,to provide users with a very simple dialogue window,its all marking information input are concentrated in a dialog box.Through solving the fan-shaped area arrangement formula of characters,then the article realize fan-shaped arrangement of characters, meanwhile the article realize adjust arbitrarily the size and rotation angle of characters too. In order to solve the save of marking file, the marking files according to certain rules are preserved by the text way to store each parameter information. The marking files are opened according to the relevant rules.The movement of marking organization are achieved through the PIC microcontroller control. Through designing serial communication protocol of Linux environment and the driver, the article solve the data between ARM and PIC and achieve the marking function.
